FILING OF 2006 ANNUAL REPORT ON FORM 20-F
Singapore, Singapore July 17, 2008 China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD) (China Yuchai or the Company), the leading manufacturer and distributor of diesel engines in China, announced that it has today filed its 2006 Annual Report on Form 20-F containing its audited consolidated financial statements for 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A copy of the 2006 Annual Report on Form 20-F can be downloaded at the Companys website at www.hlcorp.com.sg/cyi and upon written request by shareholders, a hard copy of the 2006 audited consolidated financial statements will be provided free of charge.
